Applications will be accepted from August 15 through October 1 each year. 

We accept applications from physicians trained in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics and emergency medicine, with preference given to family medicine trained applicants.

We participate in the Primary Care Sports Medicine Match, administered by the National Resident’s Match Program.  For match registration information, please contact the NRMP at (202) 828-0676.  Information is also available at their websitewww.nrmp.org

We will also participate in the ERAS system for application submission.

REQUIREMENTS

The following list of items is expected to be included as part of your application:

• Completed ERAS Application
• 3 letters of recommendation (1 from your residency’s program director)
• Curriculum vitae
• Personal statement
• Copy of USMLE/COMLEX transcript
• Copy of medical school diploma & transcript
• Copy of current state medical licensure
